Hi, I have done the form No.1, when I fill all fields (3 for text and 2 for uploading) and press SUBMIT FORM I can normally see the THANK YOU page so everything seems to be OK. But when I open the e-mail message, there is no file uploaded. Even not on the server. The THANK YOU page is displayed but no file is uploaded on the server ! Please help !

ok, first of all make sure you have the proper directory and file permissions set. Also, the problem might be in file size, although I'd think the program would just give you an error on that.
