I have already created the html page in Dreamweaver that I would like the form fields to be displayed in. How do I insert the form fields into the html page? For example what do I need to copy out of the pages that PHPFormGenerator created and where do I need to paste them to? If you are using phpFormGenerator 3.o then it is a bit difficult for the average user. The new version uses Java in the form file which would have to be imported into your new page as well as the form fields if you want to maintain the same functionality.
Otherwise if you just cut everything between "<form" and "</form>" then you can paste the form fields into any html in any location you choose.
I won't get into the Java code copying because it is alot more involved and can be done in a few different ways.
