I have a domain hosted via bluehost. In the fantastico options, there is phpform generator. I installed, created a form and it tossed it into www.domainname.com/phpform/use/registry.
How in the heck do I get it on a page where people I can actually use the form? I realize I must be missing something easy but I just want the form to be usable.

The files and sub folders starting at this level
/registry/
contain all the new form design files. You can move these files anywhere as long as you move everything as is. I gets more difficult if you have mutiple forms to manage but this works just fine for a single form.
You can cut and past the form section of the form1.html file into another html file but the remaining form design files again have to follow the new location of the html file containing the form.
