I installed phpFormGenerator last night, made a form, all OK. Form is working, mail comes through OK. Asked for a file database to be created, since I don't have the password from my ISP for the MySQL.
No portal, it says. What next?
I checked on my browser. Error 404. No such file as /phpform/use/MyForm/admin/index.php exists.
