Not terribly difficult. Use the thankyou option when creating forms. Rearrange the form1.html changing the submit button to "check" or something meaningful. Then put the mail command into the thankyou page section, add a "back" and "submit" button to the thankyou page section and that should do it.
Feeling brave? Go for it!
I'm sure if you talk to the SW designer you will find that adding an infinite number of customization options to this generic form utiliy is beyond the scope of the original design intentions.

I tried to keep the modifications as simple as possible. The original process.php file was renamed process1.php. The top section of the original process.php file was removed. The bottom thank you section of the original process.php file was modified to display the form results first before submitting them to the new process1.php file.
I could do the bulk of the mods for you if I had access to your process.php file.
Enjoy.

TNT I see that you are quite active on the forums. If you are interested in joining the phpFormGenerator dev team I can add you in. This will basically allow you to submit new releases whicih may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, etc. Let me know (preferably here because I don't know where the hell musawir@users.sourceforge.net gets forwarded to).

Is it possible to code the form in a way that users may preview the info they inserted into our form, before they send to our email/database?
is the way of doing that under the practise of 'form validation scripting' like jjorda tried to use? Can anyone help me with that?

Simple example. Files are all accessible for a limited time at http://www.tnteverett.com/forms/use/test4a/
Note the now intermediate process.php file, and new process1.php file.
Use the form at
http://www.tnteverett.com/forms/use/test4a/form1.html
See the admin data file updates at
http://www.tnteverett.com/forms/use/test4a/admin

I have modified my form to what i want it to look...just need the 'check form' coding thing added in.
http://www.dogitsg.com/phpform/use/ORDERLIST2/process.php
As for my process.php , i just need to center the text. Add in the actual 'submit form' coding here.
