Hello... I set up a form and have no idea what or how to fix this...

The form will email but... after you hit submit you get this error...

Warning: fopen(admin/data.dat): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vingoose/public_html/process.php on line 49

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/vingoose/public_html/process.php on line 52

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/vingoose/public_html/process.php:49) in /home/vingoose/public_html/process.php on line 53

Also...there is an option in my form for users to be added to our mailing list.. is there any way to have this done automatically?
