I'm having problems with phpFormGenerator. First of all I can't find the 3.0 version. All I find is a form generator online that is worthless. I found, downloaded, followed all the instructions listed for version 2.09 and still had problems. I then sent a problem report to the email listed on the software and this is what I got.

So, now I'm coming to the forum. Will the real developer (or someone that knows what to do) please step up to the forum and give some straight answers?

P.S. I even tried something extra. I created a new form which showed up as form1.pnp again. I went back to the host cPanel, used their edit function to edit (replace) the the code. It did NOT work again.
