Line 34 is where generated files are copied from the generator location to the new use/formname location. If this is not working I will bet that the generator was installed without modifying the file and folder permissions properly. This is common and fixable in most cases without any help from your web host tech support. If you have permissions within your ftp program, login to your site and modify the file and folder permissions within the generator folder tree. Folders should have 777 permissions. The php files should have 755 permissions, html and graphics files should have 644 permissions.
If this doe not work contact your host and let them know what is happening. If they still can not resolve the issue come back and post again.

I've been trying to chmod files. I have a test windows iis 6 server running. I cannot chmod the files via ftp. I keep getting the error:
Command Not Implemented for the Parameter.
I'm not sure why. I'm fairly new to all of this.

heh...I am the one running the test server. i've gone into IIS and changed permissions. If I use an ftp program, the files still show up as the wrong permission set.
Again, new at this. Ho can I change those permissions with iis?

I'm getting this error. Can't figure out why and can't delete old forms or add new forms. Fresh install.
"Notice: Undefined variable: files in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\form\copyfunc.php on line 34"
Thanks!

You should be able to set permissions to your own files.
