Hi all

I tried the download and installed but I am getting these errors on a local Xampp install

Notice: Undefined variable: files in E:\xampp\htdocs\phpformgen\copyfunc.php on line 34

If i continue and enter the number of fields, like 12, I get these errors

Notice: Undefined variable: error in E:\xampp\htdocs\phpformgen\fields.php on line 174

Notice: Undefined variable: fields in E:\xampp\htdocs\phpformgen\fields.php on line 175

The following errors occured while processing your request:

You did not enter a valid number. Please use a number between 1 and 99.

I also tried teh online version at http://phpformgen.sourceforge.net/new_demo/phpformgen/index.php

But when trying to download the zip file I get this error

Cannot create directory

Anyone able to help please?
