I wanted to see if there was any interest in having a feature that lets you create forms in which the uploaded files are sent as email attachments. We are thinking of adding such a feature to the current version 3.0.

I'm not sure how usefull this is due to the fact that the file is already stored on the site where the form resides. This feature also uses additional site bandwidth every time a form is submitted. There will certainly be questions on security (form hijacking in order to use the file transfer feature). There will certainly be questions on file size limit control.
Personally I would say no but I guarantee, now that you've offered it up, someone will want it.

However, I would like a way to edit existing forms, change delivery method (mysql/email) and particularily, a feature to generate an html page (plain white) showing the data collected from the database. For example:
Name: [first_last_name]
Address: [ xx yourstreet st]
Apt [Apt X]
City [YourCity]
Something like that. An easily readable and printable output that can be stored on local disk or a server, that can be accessed from a seperate html page or open directory browsing.

change of delivery method is already there. You can edit your form project and change the delivery method any time you want. You would need to regenerate the form files of course, but you will not need to recreate the form itself.

My German is pretty poor so write in English if you can. If I understand correctly you are asking if a form can be sent in an email. Correct my if I am wrong.
Forms can be sent as email. You would have to modify the form.html file before it is sent so that all links are expicit (http://www.x.com/{folder/filename}).
Form results can then be sent as email, saved as text or SQL, displayed in a new browser window, or printed.
