I face difficulties with the phpFormGenerator provided by my hosting company.
When i was trying to figure out the issue, i found that this line is causing the issue and the inquiry form with "file upload" is unable to use. Can someone please try to get this issue resolved? Will be great if i can get assist phpFormGenerator's party. The form that i am using is very important to my business. Recently, it doesn't even allow me to create a new form.
