I just generated a form from the demo. Works great. I wish there was a way to validate credit card numbers and exp dates.
Another feature that would be handy would be a radio option that if the user clicked "no" for example to something like this "I have read and agreed to the TOS", that they would not be able to proceed until they check yes.
One last thing. I would really like to have data written to a file. But there was no instructions on the demo how to do that. Email is pretty easy to figure out. Writing to a file, I need some help for that.
Oh yea, to be able to send form results to more than one email address would be nice as well. One to the person filling out the form would be nice. Another to a backup email box until I figure out the file thingy :)
Overall though, I found it easy to use.
P.S. IE 7 won't open up the "Edit Form Description" Firefox will though. This is on the demo at sourceforge.
