I don't know much about php, but I have used these forms with success in the past.. I have created a form, placed in online, and it functions up until the "submit" step. Once you hit submit, the page goes blank, the browser says "done" and nothing happens.. No confirmation, no redirect, and no email with the form submission content. The form is rather long (three pages) and I have created another, one field form as a test which seems to work fine.
The form in question is located at: http://motorcyclebaselayer.com/tmp/persistent/form230147/form.html
Is there a current limit to the length of a form or is there something else I'm missing?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi. Are you keeping track of the form values by using something like a cookie or session variable? It's possible that some of the data could be lost over the course of the three pages which may impact your processing page.

The main issue is you have quotes in your field descriptions that are not dereferenced in your processor.php file.
Start be adding a slash in front of every " in the message. For instance, line 56 should be changed to:
Do you feel that you \"slide forward\" on your bike?: $field_17_opts
In addition some of your vaiables will not display. You need to properly quote these variables. For instance, line 56 should be further modified to:
Do you feel that you \"slide forward\" on your bike?: " . $field_17_opts . "
Here is the entire section that needs to be modified if you want to try and cut/paste into your file. Be sure to backup your original first.

Wow, geez.. First of all, thanks for taking a look at it, and for the suggestion!
Unfortunately, I don't have a clue what any of that means or how to implement the fix into my file.. If you can offer a bit of instruction, I'm willing to give it a go..
And my subsequent question is, since I build this thing on phpformgen's super simple online user interface, why didn't it ever tell me that quotes would mess it up? <vent over>
Can I accomplish the same basic thing by editing the form via the web interface & just removing the quotes?
Thanks again for your help,

I dunno… I'm not doing anything above and beyond building the form with phpformgen and sticking it online.. what can i do to try a cookie?
I downloaded your form. Give me some time to have a look at it.
