My problem is that if someone goes to the root folder where the PhpFromGenerator was installed, example www.mysite.com/form, the orange window with the list of the forms Iv'e created is there. Here you will also see the "Delete?" button.

Long story short, Is there a way to remove access to that folder to the public without harming the forms? I would hate for someone to go to that page and delete my forms. Thanks

Password protect the folder or remove it.  You can password protect it using tools available from your hosting account.  If you are not sure how to do this then call them and ask for assistance.

The only problem I get within Cpanel>Security>Password Protect Directories is that it seems to password the /forms folder and everything in it (like /use etc..), making users have to put in the password to even see the form.

You need to use the generator to create forms only.  The generator puts new forms in a separate folder for your convenience.  Once a new form has been created you should move it to a location where the page is being used.
The generator folder should be password protected and by default (in most cases) everything below that level is password protected.  This is fine for you, the owner.  Provide the password, create form, copy new form to location where it will be used.
If you do not do this then anyone in the world who finds your generator will be able to use it and delete work you have created.

Oh ok. For some reason I thought the folders where bound inside the Root folder lol, but I see it is only used to create the actual form then you move it as you please. Thanks ^.^
