I installed 2.09 through Fantastico and made a bunch of forms successfully, but no Captcha ever showed up. How do I add the captcha feature?

  Captcha is not in 2.x versions. Use the latest version of phpFormGenerator at http://www.phpformgen.com , and steer clear of craptastico.
