I created a form and now need to add more text fields. I go back to my bookmarked form and add a text field but the field will not move up. Do I have to create the form again?

I'm not sure what your problem is because I have never tried that before. In any case, modifying the form you downloaded is not that difficult. Follow the code syntax for entry fields and final javascript validateField functions then add whatever you need in your processor.php file.
Otherwise I can only suggest you start over.
