my database only shows first record entry. Everything seems to run and work as i want it to, however, My database is only showing the very first submission i done on test. I obviously done lots of tests from different emails but nothing seems to work. I do receive the submitted details via the email still so The form clearly works as all tests were receieved by me it just doesn't show anything other than the first test in the database.
Any ideas or help most appreciated :-)

After the first record I changed the fields names from field_1 field_2 etc to things such as name, date, email. I hadn't changed it in the processor.php.
