I have made a form id 186828 that contains about 101 form fields - most of which are checkboxes and radio buttons. The install file that came with the zipped file does not contain DB related information, table creation scripts or for that matter anything to do with the form. I learnt this by comparing two install files for different forms. What could have been the problem ?

Install scripts are used for SQL database forms. If you did not select SQL then the install file would be blank.
