I treid the form generation and got succeeded in creating, however while processing the form when I press 'submitt form' I get the message 'The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request'.
I have put all the directories and files in 'files; folder top 777
Have searched in the forum, found noe withe the same problem, Why me?

sorry, I mentioned only the 'files/ folder, in fact I 777 d all folders and file in 'forms' folder.

sorry, I mentioned only the 'files/ folder, in fact I 777 d all folders and file in 'forms' folder.
this isn't a file permissions issue. My guess is your php.ini file is bad. contact your ISP or webmaster regarding this.
