I up loaded the program to my server and go to the index.php .
the first steps come up fine asking to enter the # of fields in my form. But after when I click next,
"now please
enter the
specific information f
or each field.
check the r
equired check..."
the yare all bunched up like this all the way to the bottom of the page, and I only see one field box in the middle of the page somewhere to the right.
The hole page seems to be in a dissarray
