I am using PHPFormGenerator through Fantastico. I tried copying the code, so I could have the form show up on an existing page, but I kept getting an error that it couldn't find the process.php. So I resorted to linking directly to the form1.html page that was automatically created, but now all I get is a blank page after submitting. Is there something I am doing wrong here? I would much rather have the form integrated into my exiting page, but my attempts have been futile.
Any help is appreciated.

I've done this a hundred times so I know it works.
Forms are generated in ../formgen/use/formname/...
All the files and folders from that level down need to be moved together in order to maintain all form functionality.
If you need more detail, post again.

Even when I link directly to the "form1.html" in the formgen/use/formname/... folder I get a blank page. It doesn't give a confirmation message, a redirect, or send an email. I would at least like it to work this way before I worry about copying the code to an existing page and moving files.
