I've still not resolved my last problem and have come across yet another one! When testing my form for cross-browser support I have noticed that firefox 3.6.6 does not show the captcha image.
Form is located at:

Has anyone else had this issue and know of a solution?

Very odd but the Captcha image appears in Firefox now - I didn't make any changes so it must have been a captcha.php load error or something!
