I guess I challenged fate by going for a thank you page that has the data the user filled in added. I understand now that it is not possible to customize this page? Is there a way to change the form so that it goes to a customized page after the user has filled in the data, I could not find where the script tells it to generate this standard thank you?
Thanks for your help,
Anne

Thanks, Musawir, I finally got it to work! I think I have come across every single problem you can possibly think of while installing this form. I think it would help if you put in the installation instructions that for some people the chmod 777 does not work, that took me a long time to figure that one out, I finally put it back to 755 for the process.php (of which there are two by the way, which is very confusing) and it worked. Also using Fantastico, at the end of the form generator you get two links, one of them to the form itself and the other goes to error page all the time. Anyway, thanks for offering this service, I appreciate it!

actually you "can" customize the generated thank you page. Take a look at the bottom of the process.php file.
