Could someone please tell me (assuming that I don't know a lot)how to edit a form that I've already created?  I have set up a form to enable people to register for one of three programs, and I plan to use the same form over and over again, just changing the dates.  I can go in and edit the website page using FrontPage or Dreamweaver, but the form that gets generated still has the old dates on it.  I'm sure that there's something in the background that I need to change, but I can't seem to figure out what that is.

    Thanks!

I'm not sure what you mean by "still has the old dates".  Editing HTML is simple, and I use Frontpage for my forms.  as long as you don't touch the variable names in the form you don't need to worry about modifying any other part of the form.

Sorry that I wasn't very clear.  I can edit the HTML fine.  I think that I need to change the dates in PHP or my database, too, but don't know how to do that.  For example, my original form had the choice of three programs with different start dates in November and December.  I've changed the HTML to reflect programs with start dates in February and March.  When I test register for them, I get an email saying that I've registered for a program starting in November or December.

      I hope that information helps.

I guess I would have to see what you are talking about.  You can send me a link to your form and a copy of your process.php file by email if you need some help.
