How do you open the form1.html document in FrontPage? The "open" feature from the file menu does not allow you to open an FTP site. I do not use the FrontPage publish feature.
Also, once you do open it and make your changes, do you upload it back to the "forms" folder?
I am really having a hard time placing this form in my website and would appreciate any help.

down the form1.html file to your computer. Change it. then upload it back.
