Look at the URL of the second page. It probably has some bookmark reference included like http://page#bookmark
You can find the button that pushes you to the next page and change the URL so that the add-on reference is not included.

I created a 3 page form which works beautifully except....
When clicked, the "Go to Page X" button takes the user to the bottom of the next page.
How do I fix this so that the first field on the page is at the top of the screen?
