I have a problem over at http://www.eze-cash.com
I have some lovely forms set up but whenever anyone clicks on the apply now button on the page they are prompted for the username and password before they get to the form that is to be filled out?
Could someone have a look at the site and they will see what my problem is and please provide me with detailed instructions as to how I might fix it?
(Sorry guys for the double post but I misspelled the subject on the last one)
I am completely new to all of this and this is the first site I have built on my own. (used dreamweaver MX on windows XP for most of it)
please either reply here or e-mail me at admin@eze-cash.com
Thank you for your help in advance.
Chris.

I really can't believe some people. Is it too hard to read the news of the project and/or read some of the previous posts to check if a solution to the problem you are having has already been posted?
