Hi,
I have a small site that I developed that I implemented phpFormGenerator v2.09. I got mostly everything to work the way I want, but have a couple of things that I cant get to work. I was wondering if any experts are available to hire to make the adjustments and get it working properly. I'll give a description of what's wrong and what I would like it to do and hopefully someone here can give me a quote.
I get the data in an email and have it also store to: http://www.\(site information edited out)/forms/forms/admin/index.php. I don't think I set up a database (not too sure how to do that).
The emails are coming through ok except that the upload feature doesn't seem to be working. For instance, I uploaded a form named 1003.pdf and the email said the file would be at: http://www.\(site information edited out)/forms/forms/files/10_57_43_1003.PDF
1) However, that links seems to be broken. Can you help me fix that issue?
2) I would also prefer that the data go to a database but I didn't know how to set that up. Can you help with that as well?
3) If I wanted to add an SSL security certificate to the page, would the form still function properly? If I was going to do that should I do that before or after you do the fixes? Or can you do it for me as well?
4) Finally, if we do this work, can we change the location of the form? I don't know how/why it defaulted to forms/form1.html as the form title. I actually had originally set it up as a form called portfolio-submission. It did create a directory called portfolio-submission but that form never worked properly so I just used the form1.html one that did work properly. Ideally, I would like the form to be in the home directory at http://www.\(site information edited out)/portfolio-submission.html
Let me know if you are interested in these tasks and if so how much the price would be. Also let me know what other information you may need. I hope that we get the opportunity to work together. ;)
Sincerely,
