A non-profile I support would like on-line registration for its courses. There are three categories: ESL, Citizenship Prep and Computer.
Under ESL, there are several courses: Beginning/Intermediate (several locations), Intermediate (two locations), Accent Reduction (one location), Advanced (one location) and Discussion (one location).
There is one Citizenship Prep Course at one location.
Under Computer, there are two courses: Computers 101 (several locations) and Computer Care (one location but two dates).
At student generally registers for only one of the above courses.
Can I do this with phpFormGenerator? Suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Oops. That should have been "A non-PROFIT…."
Creating the basic form is easy and is the intent of phpFormgenerator. Customization has infinite possibilities but is left to the user.
Not as helpful as it might have been. :-)
