I installed phpFormGenerator and launched it. I told it to make 15 fields and then the step 2 screen came up but did not show me any fields to work with. At the bottom of the screen it shows an error that an invalid entry was made an I needed to enter 1 - 99. 15 falls into that range.
Any ideas?
