I have created an order form but am unable to download the zip file. I'm using Safari is this a problem. I'm a real novice but not
completely incompetant. I have made and uploaded forms before.

dont worry it did happen to me as well
so i contacted the form owner or designer or software engineer, he said i m the second to have such problem then he send me a new hyperlink where u i have to redo my form from scratch and i did it and it worked for me if u want me to give u that site plz email me in private as i had the link in my private email, so i feel i can not post it in here, but for sure i will post it to you to solve ur problem.
