Your post at http://www.scriptlance.com/cgi-bin/freelancers/project.cgi?id=1042469897 raised an eyebrow. The buyer your offering to says:

"We are looking to purchase scripts for resale - so we need 100% resale and ownership rights."

    And you say...

"I'm the creator of phpFormGenerator, voted _the best_ web form / form processor generator currently available. (homepage: http://phpformgen.sourceforge.net ). The current userbase is 15,000, therefore it is a very popular tool amongst both professional web developers, as well as personal site creators. To get a feel for its popularity, type "phpformgenerator" in any of the search engines. Currently, the program is in v2.04 . Contact me if you are intersted."

Does that mean we can expect to see this project disappear from sourceforge shortly? =(

Well due to my personal involvements, i don't have much time to continue development of this program. Thats why I was looking at selling it off to some company who can continue it. I recieved a number of offers, but I didn't find any appropriate, hence phpFormGenerator still stays with me. I do work on it from time to time. And i get hundreds of emails everyday from users thanking and appreciating, so rest assured, unless i get some crazy offer that i cannot refuse, phpFormGenerator will remain opensource.
