Apparently not, makemoney. I've been trying to get this thing to work for 3 days. Wish I'd read this forum first - and noticed how long these problems have been going on - before I wasted all my time. :(

I've been using PHPform generator for a while now but now when I try to create a new form I get a message like so many others have reported saying:
