#15 Fields Mixed Up
Version 3.0 Release:
Through helping others with their forms I have noticed more than once that the field descriptions and values are mixed up. For instance if a form has field_1, field_2, field_3, field_4, field_5 and with respective descriptions "first name, last name, address, phone, email", and values equal to "fname, lname, myaddr, myph, and myemail. The resulting message generated looks something like this:
first name: fname
last name: myaddr
address: lname
phone: myemail
email: myph
My guess is that this occurs when someone builds a form out of order and moves the fields before saving the result.

Just got the message. I think I can recreate it, although it's been a while. Did you try locating the form number mentioned in the original message? If I attempt to recreate it, do you have any suggestions for recording the data?
