class.cache_information v1.0 released.

This is to be considered an alpha release. This class contains code allowing you to easily retrieve arrays of information from a mySQL server, which can then be used with the PHP session functions to cache the information, cutting back significantly on database access. Documentation and examples are forthcoming.
