I've been working to get this script to work all day; it
doesn't. I mean, sure, it generates a form, but the form
doesn't do ANYTHING. It doesn't e-mail anything to the
specified e-mail address, it doesn't check the values,
NOTHING.
As it is, I'm going to have to completely rewrite a lot of
this script - and since I fall in around the 'intermediate
PHP programmer' category, it's probably going to be a lot
sloppier than I [as well as my boss, as well as the
customers] would like. So.
Great idea and great work so far. However, while it looks
nearly finished, there are a few things that need to be
done: comment the code more thoroughly; get rid of
commented-out code, or at least, explain to the
user/programmer why they might want to uncomment
that code if it's something they might want to use [and
i'm assuming it is, since that's the only reason I can see
for doing that]; and, well, make it WORK.
I really don't think this should be a 1.0 release, sorry.
Were there even any earlier releases before what
SourceForge has, or did you skip straight to 1.0?

Afer you've re-written it, will you pass it on to me? I've gone
through the same thing.

I've basically created my own script for one of our clients. It
doesn't actually create the form automatically, but it does
everything the client needed it to do.
I plan to try to create a script such as this one in the future,
though I'm not sure when as I've got two personal projects
plus a ton of work projects to work on.

Thank you for the update. I'll try to be patient. :-)

I love the program and will be using it to capture feedback on
a webbased fiction site with over 200 stories. The only issue
I have is that I can't figure out how to add blind email copy
to the code and get it to work. I can get multiple copies out
but not a blind one. Any one got any ideas?
