#6 Fixed exec command encoding bug, improved Russian translation
Hello everyone,
in the attached version of the PHP file manager, I replaced the outdated "escape" function with the more suitable "encodeURIComponent" function. This fixes bugs such as "g++" getting converted to "g " when executing commands. I also improved the Russian translation.
