Please, integrate fix1 and fix2 from this patch:

in future versions to fix the problem when you change the permissions of a file then PHPFM also changes the permission of the directory that file is in (but we wanted to change the permissions of the file only, not the containig directory). And to change default chmods from 777 to 755 and 666 to 644.
Just so that we don't have to change it manually in every next version until that patch is integrated in the main tree or fixed in some other way.
