The Income and Expenses should be seperated out.
One field showing total expenses, the other showing total income, and the other the difference plus or minus the difference between the income.

While I think this is a great start, I think there are a few things that could be added.
The Income and Expenses should be seperated out.
One field showing total expenses, the other showing total income, and the other the difference plus or minus the difference between the income.
The application should be able to handle budget amounts on a month by mont basis.... for example
you may need to make adjustments throughout the year.
Take a look at the new version. Have added multiple month budgeting as well as the ability to transfer budgets between months (in the Admin screen).
Income and expense columns added.
