#20 Update Fostering / Feralsite Links

When an animal is "adopted" any links it had on the
FOSTERING or FERALSITE tables should be flagged
as "inactive" or "removed" or something like that to
denote that it was ONCE associated but no longer.

Nice to have for historical records.
