#50 problem reading % without decimal places

I've gotten the patches and new version, which fixed the reading of some % values, like if there were decimal places there.

But if you input 44% or 33% then the value retrieved is 0%... or if the value in the spreadsheet is 32.45% but the you use excel to format so the cell only shows 32% (where the decimals were taken off) then the bug persists.
