#45 quick fix

Just a quick bug-fix suggestion.

On line 409 of Spreadsheet_Excel_Reader.php change the
condition:

if ($formatstr)

to

if (!empty($formatstr))

This will eliminate the need for PHP to toss Notice
errors at you for checking an uninitialized variable.
