Flashed Version

Howdy,

Thank you all that have taken interest in the mapper so far. Apologies to those who have installed only to find missing php libraries or whatnot due to my poor documentation.

Since practically straight after the first release of this thing I've been building a swf version. And yeah, (way back when :) - 2 days ago) version 2 didn't exist. Now, I am happy to inform you that the flashed version is coming along quite nicely and i'll have something available released within the next 2 days.

It's pretty much from the ground up so any older bugs that may have existed will be disappeared (to be replaced with ALL NEW BUGS! - nah just kidding). Being flash it won't depend on particular php libraries (yay) so the only server requirements should be mysql3 and php4. Of course the user requirement will be a flash player installed in their browser (v6) but they're practically everywhere now, so it should be fun times for all (or most :) ).

Once again, bare with me - version 2 is coming - bigger, prettier, more options, less bugs - hurrah.
