Hi James,
Actually that was one of the first things we tried, but it still wasn't
working. But we figured out why: the handler.php was looking for a value
in $HTTP_POST_VARS('submit'). For using an image for the submit button, we
needed to change this to submit_x (as it appears to store the x and y
coordinates). So we now have this working.
