The ldap attribute (used to designate a user as a designer) should be unique
for that entry (the attribute type should not be there more than once per
user!!)
Also: you don't specify the version of phpesp you're using, nor the settings
you've configured, nor an example of an ldap entry you try to use as an
admin.
