I still cant use private surveys. After I tried it local with XAMPP I now
used the latest phpESP version with my webspace.
I made a very small private survey and put these lines into a php file:
<?php $sid=1; include('phpESP/public/handler-prefix.php'); ?>
<?php include('phpESP/public/handler.php'); ?>
When I try it I get again this error like local:

Probably I made a stupid mistake since private surveys work normaly dont
they? So please help the newbie :P
