I've installed phpESP on a server, got it set up fine. I can add surveys,
answer them, have the results stored, all that jazz.
When I go to an active survey and click on "Export", and then either
"Download" or "Save", no matter the download format, nothing happens. No
errors, no files full of zeros, nothing. I just get to click the "Download"
or "Save" links as much as I want with no reward.
If I open the page in IE, then I get a little message at the bottom saying
there are errors on the page. If I look at the error, it shows this:
Line: 1
Char: 2
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
URL: {The page I am on}
Any insight? I'm running the latest version (1.8.2)

Does the download work in Firefox? Any errors in the Apache logs? What
version of IE are you using?

I've had the same problem, don't have a clue to solve it. Firefox or IE, no=
solution.

I have installed the version on your site (1.8.2j), and I HAD re-installed the previous version, but neither have worked. Same problem with a complete reinstall and with 1.8.2j. |
