The third (and hopefully last) release candidate for phpESP version
1.6 was just released. This release fixes a compatibility issue
with older versions of PHP, and hopefully fixes all the GNU Gettext
issues. See the change log for more details. Please test this and
report your results if you are having difficulty with translations.
