Hi! i´ve found out there is something different when ARCHIVE an active or
an inactive survey!

 in survey table they get the status number 4 when archiv it form an inactiv
status
status number 5 when archiv an activ survey!

 is there any reason about it?

The column you are referring to, survey.status, is a bit
field.  See the bitmask definitions here:
  phpesp.sf.net/cvs/admin/include/funcs.inc?rev=.

You are seeing correct behavior.
