This is the final release of v1.4. NOTE: The database
layout of this release is NOT compatible releases before
1.3-RC1. One small database change is required if you are
upgrading from v1.3 (see the README).

If you are using version 1.3, you can just replace the
existing files with these (and edit paths/config if
necessary). If you are using a version previous to v1.3
RC1, I suggest installing this in a separate location, with
a new database.
